For job estimate, job approval and detail explanation of work performed.I like it because, I can keep a copy for our records and give the other to customer for him to keep record of work done and job guaranty. Has three copies we only need two and last but not least is to expensive [$] and change for 50 forms. Before you used to give a break on the price if you bought 2 ro 3 packs of 50.

scan the old form into documents

I used the old forms 10 years plus. The old invoice has 10 lines to describe work done new invoice has four lines totally inadequate! To much room wasted on hazardous waste removal and lawyer stuff. I photo copied the old invoice no longer buy invoices anywhere! Do yourself a favor do not buy or use this product.

have used the older version of these forms for years and have had great luck with them. I agree with all the other negative posts about the right side of the form having no room for work performed. This new design is absolutely horrible! They need to bring the old design back. I will have my forms custom made from now on. Way to go Adams, who was the bonehead who came up with this? Obviously never worked in a shop before.

I used the old forms for years and have been very satisfied. I do not like the new forms.There is no room for repair details,vin number area is also very tiny. I will no longer buy the new forms and currently trying to find something comparable to the old forms. Adams please bring back the old forms!

Why did you have to clutter this great form up with a bunch of lousy lawyer junk. I'll never order this one again. I'm very disappointed. Now, I have to find another one. Thanks a lot for making my life harder.
