Use this product to set-up and Maintain Employee Files. Very efficient but wish the folder was enclosed on the sides

If you use this product and have any personal information about the employee it could fall out since it is not in a jacket form. Both sides are open and you could lose items when taking the folder out of your drawer and take it to make copies.

We have ordered these in the past, all of a sudden they look different and are cheaply made. The ink rubs off onto your fingers. Junk. Please bring back the original or update the photo so buyers know the company has changed these.
