I reccomended this to my son a teacher at a local High School he is still waiting for his serial number he checks his school mail daily. Adobe customer service personell do not even speek english well you would think that with what they charge they could afford to hire some americans I regret reccomending this to my son

Loading the software caused my computer to freeze solid. After several reboots, I tried to launch it using the 30 day trial. It froze again. I rebooted and my 30 days had dropped to zero in ten minutes...and it froze. I couldn't uninstall it normally so I finally had to do a system restore. I think the problem is that Adobe is so afraid of piracy that they've overloaded their program with security devices that cause it to malfunction. [...]

Didnt like that I purchased the software and received it but was not able to use it until I sent off proof that I was a student not cool if I pay for any product especially a costly one like this one I expect to use it when it arrives. Therefore I returned it and purchased a different software

Bought this for college. Cannot validate software. Website that validates is down. Called Adobe, after 45 minutes, Adobe told me that they do not support software purchased at a retail store like Staples or [@]. Am stuck with a 30 day trial . After that it's a FRISBEE. DO NOT BUY THIS. YOU WILL GET STUCK WITH IT. Don't make the same mistake I did. GOOGLE it https://www.identit-e.com/default/index/adobe . Everybody hates it. Even their websites certificate is invalid. My browser warned me of invalid certificate. WARNING!!!DANGER!!!

bought product from staples all went good,instructions came with pachage.no help.chat sessions with adobe were allways to busy to reach them,no help,resulted to calling on hold ,on 2nd day i found site in adobe for activation,stated i needed to scan them student I.D.and in 2 days they will email me my code.i gave I.D. and provided my drivers licence just in case.after 3days they rejected me,since my curriculum was not 2 years.contacted staples to return,they will not since its a open package.so trying too save cost me more
