Q: I'm working on creating a procedures manual with different PDF files for different tasks. I want to hyperlink from one task PDF to another task PDF, and I want to hyperlink BACK to the first from the second. When you work in word and then 'save as a PDF' you can't do that because you have to put the link to the other pdf in before saving as, and the other doc is still in ms word format until you save that as a pdf. So, with which, if any, version of this software can you edit an actual pdf while it is in pdf form? Would this enable the creation of these closed circle hyperlinks between the docs? Asked on 1/28/2012 by Lindz from MI Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: The process you describe can be accomplished using Adobe Acrobat® X Standard For Windows. You need to create a master document and save each PDF file as a chapter of the master document. This will allow you to create the links you desire between the tasks.
