Subscription Service Information
This product when purchased from Staples.com comes with a 3 month subscription. A product key card will be delivered to you which provides the information on how to install on your computer and activate your subscription. Through Adobe customers can renew via 2 options: One-year plan or Month-to-month plan.

One-year plan
The one-year plan offers lower monthly payments and requires a one-year commitment. Annual plans automatically renew for the next 12-month period after the initial term has been met.

Month-to-month plan
The month-to-month plan provides the flexibility of a short-term commitment, allowing you to end your membership at any time. If you decide to restart, simply purchase a new membership without having to reinstall your apps.

Start your membership
To start a membership, go to the Plans page on www.creativecloud.com and choose which plan you want. Enter your Adobe ID and password, or create one if you don't have one. Agree to the terms of use and membership terms and conditions, and provide your payment information. Then join the Creative Cloud to download and begin using your software and services right away.

Manage your membership
To view your account status and renewal date, edit your payment information, or view your transaction history, visit the Account page on www.creativecloud.com.

Cancel your membership
To cancel a one-year membership, you can either go to the Account page on www.creativecloud.com or contact Adobe Customer Service. An annual subscription requires a commitment for the full year and monthly payments. If you decide to end a one-year membership before the 12-month period is over, you will be charged 50% of the remaining amount left on your contract.
