      I need a rubber band to hold a legal file closed. Do these fit easily if the folder is relatively full? How easily do they break? Are they durable?

        These rubber bands will be able to fit around your file. These will hold up well, as they have a higher rubber content & greater strength compared to Economy Rubber Bands.
