Only downside was no instructions. With a PC, none are needed, but if you've never plugged external speakers into a Mac laptop before, you have to know to go to the control panel and select USB output. But the ease of use and sound quality is great.

Easy to use. Not very loud considering the size. Maybe I expected too much. I bought them to use in small meetings.

Desktop set-up. Unless your monitor has USB ports you will not be able to place these speakers near your monitor. They are powered by a USB cable that is only about 3 feet long. I had to buy a USB extension cord.
