This is incredibly easy to use and the resolution is phenomenal. The screen is so bright and pictures come out crisp. I've done alot of research and it is by far the best deal for an 8" frame in the market. The only con if there was one is that the remote seems to stick sometimes but when you're viewing slide shows all you need to do is turn it on!

Just got this. Beeen trying for 2 hours to get video to display video but only sound comes on. [...]it might need a program to play video. Strange that it doesn't come with it. How can I find the right one on the internet,hat a waste of time. Alo where's the costumer service #? Just has a emasil adress. The BOX SAYS Speakers right. Look behihn the unit and you see on. How honest is that.Photos show great. The remote is slow working or non responsive, boy. Should I exchange it? If the next unit works I'll keep it. Its a great small size to take to my volunteer AIDS prevention and church meetings. Sceen is a nice size, Too bad it has no recharable batteries with it to make it truely portable. I won't mind the extra weigth. If only I could get the video convertion format for this nice unit. Get me that other speaker. [...]
