Wow this works on my wife's Mac and my Laptop. It's plug and play and there's so many applications. Stream music wirelessly with good distance. I also use the speaker as external speaker when streaming videos/movies from my laptop. I take it with me to parks, beach, bbqs and simply connect to my phone to play music. Battery life is about 5-6hrs on single charge. Just charge when you go to bed, it's easy. Or use any mini USB to AC Adapter to have it docked and charged at all times.

I wanted a speaker that plays across the room from my desk & computer. It's a hassle to either (1) remember to turn it off when I leave, or (2) bring it over to the computer to recharge. Does not play while recharging.
