Use as a printer stand and storage for paper. At this price point it is VERY basic some may consider the contruction flimsy as the back is not a solid piece but just cardboard nailed in and the screws can strip the wood if tightened too much.

Top shelf is rated for 30 lbs - have a 35 lb printer on it and it's fine. This piece holds a lot of stuff! It looks good and could possibly double for a TV stand for a DLP or LCD - keeping the other components out of sight (or don't put the doors on). It keeps reams of paper, boxes of envelopes, toner cartridges, etc in one place.

I have started a collection of the different pieces available and have had nothing but rave reviews whenever someone sees the set.

The functionality of the different pieces is a definite plus. Add a top to a piece and you increase your usability by two.

The least important is also one of the best features. The furniture is beautiful it rivals a more costly set.
