Comments about Ameriwood® Tiverton Computer Workcenter, Expert Plum:

Not too difficult to assemble, but it does take a while. Make sure you organize all the stuff you're going to use (familiarize yourself with them!) and read the directions thoroughly. Have a friend to help you. After that, putting the parts together becomes a little redundant so it's a piece of cake. I think it would also be good to glue the parts together to make it more sturdy (I used brackets on mine). I'm also planning on buying wood to support the back of my unit so that it'll last longer. Very good product for the price!

We recently redid our home office in the entire line. Note: although it took nearly the entire weekend to assemble. It looks and functions amazing! Plan on having 2 people to assemble carefully. Hint: it's laminate wood-look over fiberboard. But at a glanse it's much more savvy looking.

I was shopping for a desk at several different stores when I was told to try Staples. Read the reviews and was not so sure but ordered it anyway. I had it in two days. It took me and my 15 year old son 2 hours and 15 minutes to put this together. There was only one piece in the box (as one person commented,dozens of pieces duh...you need to assemble the desk) that was not clearly labeled. Other than that it was pretty self explanatory because there were pictures. For those of you that complained think back to kindergarten with picture books. This is a very nice desk and there is plenty of space. I will be ordering the other accessories too.

I would buy again.
