Staples is one of the only places I could find affordable graph paper. I uses a dark gel pen and it does not go through to the other side.

Using this paper as a property inspector for a for the past 12 years I have not found another graphing paper that makes it as easy to reduplicate a residential or business property in the field with 1/1 scale; geometric accuratcy for difficult dwgs. and the quickness you gain due to the 10 x 10 shadow graph effect to layout faster!
