    I used this as a daily journal during my personal travels in Africa. The paper was very smooth and easy to write on. Although one could not easily removed paper, which is a plus, I could cut pages out to use to provide information to people that I met. It was light and the cover was flexible enough that it could easily fit in a back pack or tote.
