These are catalog envelopes so they're supposed to be able to handle more than a page. First the strip protecting the adhesive doesn't always cover properly so a fresh envelope has to be unstuck. Once the envelope is stuffed and sealed the adhesive doesn't stick - even before putting it in the mail. The easy-open strip tears during handling. These envelopes should be off the market. They are useless. I wouldn't use them for a single page let alone a catalog.

Defective envelopes. Every single one opens through ordinary mail handling. I discovered this by mail returned because of wrong address. I have to tape each envelope, before sending it out, in order to be assured that contents will arrive, and not spill out while in hands of USPS.

Tear strip on envelope tears easily; forcing you to tape the envelope shut. The security print is a great concept; but due to the tear strip, I won't be purchasing these again.
