Its a Fan!

The two 120mm fans (push/pull) on my CPU cooler are blue. It was more money for the ones that weren't blue. I figured I'd stick with the blue theme and grabbed one of these 88mm fans for the front bottom of my old antec tower. With Prime95 pushing my i7 danger hot (76 c +) at over 4 GHz I'm glad I bought this fan. I might replace three old ones soon. My PC looks a bit like a 17 year old's car but that's okay with me. I actually find the blue calming.
Go ahead and compare the RPM's with some of the other manufacturers. I think you'll find this is the fan you want.

Good power, too obvious

This fan is great for circulating air around the case. There are no doubts about its performance quality. But this particular fan makes a horrible noise. I'm not entirely sure how to describe it; it emits this higher-pitched ring. Before this fan, my computer was very silent, but this particular one made it all too obvious that my computer was turned on. There's no way I could drown out how grating it was, so I returned it, paid an extra [$]for the significantly quieter, just as efficient 120mm fan.

My case was getting so hot you could smell when the computer was working hard rendering video files. Not anymore, the fan keeps the inside cool, no more smell or heat coming from the case!

Instructions weren't clear enough for me to be confident about installation, but it was simple to install and it did work. I'm not sure what the point is about the lights, especially since I've mounted the fan inside the back of the computer case that is tucked under my desk. But when I look, it's a pretty shade of blue glowing against the wall.

It's quiet, easy to install, and a good price.
