Dell HD wouldn't boot up. Plugged HD into enclosure, it allowed me to retrieve the files I needed. It did what it was supposed to do and its a keeper.

I bought this product hoping to use it as secondary storage. Boy was that a mistake. The power jack had to be held in place even to work. And I only found that out by accident. I haven't had a chance to return it yet because I am on the road most of the time. What a piece of overpriced junk!
