      ADVICE:Talk to very TECH-SAVVY person at Staples to question compatibility with DELL. DELL laptops have compatibility issues [usually displayed on laptop screen,depending upon remaining charge level in computer battery]

      Did not work with either of the Toshiba laptops we have. Plug not secure into laptop, not a good fit. Unable to send back to staples, waiting for reply form manufacture. STAY AWAY first time ever with problem at staples, last time for no-name product.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
