I used this power supply in a custom computer I was building. I wanted to make sure I got a higher end power supply to support the multiple drives I would be running, as well as the fans, higher end graphics card, and eventually lighting. Its also shockingly quiet, yet still keeps its temperature down. Also, the cable management feature built in to it kept excess cable mess to a minimum, helping to improve airflow throughout my machine.
