I use this mainly when doing dishes.. I have several injuries that make standing over a few minutes quite painful. The softness of this mat allows me to do more before having to take a break. Wish i had a couple more for area's around the house that I have to stand to do things. Well worth the current cost. I'm a penny pincher ... this fit the quality needed with the price that was also needed.

Needed mats for my feet to stop hurting in my art studio, hard floors make my heels hurt over time and no matter how hard I try to stay sitting I have to reach and get up. This product met that need and I liked it so much I bought 5 to cover all the areas I find myself standing often.
