      I recently discovered Avant writing products and was instantly impressed. I try to only use fine point and they can be difficult to find, even in standard black. So I was very happy to find both blue and red refills, and at such a great price. The ink is smooth, does not skip, and is a perfect shade- not too bright but a perfect bold red. It makes an excellent correction or flagging color, or just for anyone who prefers writing in something different than black or blue. You won't be disappointed!

              I use both a red and black pen for work - so I bought these so I cold trade out one of the catridges in the two black pens I bought. I am very happy with this pen and think I may need to buy another set for work so I don't have to keep bringing them back and forth from home. That's how much I like this pen!
