    I am pleased with this microwave, which gets used everyday...have had one problem with it though..but I deal with it. If you cook something like baked potatoes for a long time (over 15 minutes of continuous use)...the microwave shuts all power off to the microwave(no clock, lights etc)...for about 5 minutes...then as it cools off the power is restored and can continue using it. I deal with it as I only use it once in a while for that length of time.

    We wanted a microwave that would fit under our kitchen counter shelf and this was literally the only one. It doesn't have much power and takes twice as long to get the job done, but what choice did we have? Would recommend only if size is a constraining issue.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
