We bought this for our business kitchen. It heats unevenly, takes a very long time to get hot, and has very little thermal output. All of the settings seem to perform the same function as well. I would order a real toaster oven elsewhere.

Takes forever to toast a piece of bread. Oven temperature cannot be controlled; don't know at what temp it cooks. Cannot set oven timer for longer than 15 minutes.

This toaster looks pretty. But, it's farely incompetent. The worst thing is there are no temperature settings. Plus it doesnt get hot enough. It takes forever to cook or re-heat food. It's like it was built as a child's toy. It's sad when the multi-million dollar company I work for can't spring for a decent toaster oven for it's employees.
