This is a great flexible & personalizable alternative to the usual tabbed dividers.

This is a great flexible & personalizable alternative to the usual tabbed dividers.
...Esp. e.g.
- when you need more than five or eight tabs per page..
- when you don't want full page plastic inserts
in silly colors that just don't fit..
- nor all paper tabs that don't withstand a lot of handling..

..but something that integrates seamlessly and distinctively into your personal style..
This might be THE choice for you.

The only con is that the paper strip over the glue
is rather hard to peel of, which makes the tabs not all too easy to install...
It works best, when you slide them all in place with the paper still on, until you are completely satisfied with the look, and then firmly grab the whole page through the tab, while attempting to peel one paper strip off without allowing the tab to move. (- Peel one strip only at first, to install all tabs, and then peel the second side after they are all glued into place. -)

Avery should assign a form number to these labels that can be used in conjunction with Microsoft Word to make printing easier. I was dismayed when I found I had to set up my printer...Read complete review

Avery should assign a form number to these labels that can be used in conjunction with Microsoft Word to make printing easier. I was dismayed when I found I had to set up my printer margins, line spacing, etc in order to print these, when I expected to pick a form number from a list, insert the tabs into the printer, type in the titles, and print. The process took too much time and was extremely inconvenient. That improvement would take this from a 3 to a 5 star product in my book.

      I love being able to make my own tabs without having to waste an entire sheet of paper for a divider. The only two down sides are that the tabs are hard to print if you don't use them all at once and they do not sell the inserts separately.

        Great for use with pre-printed booklets or for downloadable materials on demand.

        Serving on the faculty for a trial training program for lawyers i need to locate and refer to pleadings, discovery materials, statutes, jury instructions, verdict forms, etc. that are in a bound booklet. Finding the relevant materials quickly and cross-referencing them is facilitated by easy to prepare and apply tabs. This is a great product!

            The self-adhesive plastic index tabs are permanent, but the inserts (on which you would write or print the tab text) are removable and can easily be changed.
