Avery Print-or-Write mailing seals let you fold documents and seal them so you don't need an envelope to mail them. They're perfect for brochures or invitations, and you can print on them with your computer printer.

Convenient
Avery Print-or-Write mailing seals fold neatly along their perforations. You can just position the perforation over the open edges of your document. The seals hold the edges together, and you can print a mailing address on the face of the document and mail it as you would an envelope.

Versatile
You can use these white labels as-is, or you can write or print a message on each one. The labels can be used in laser or inkjet printers.

Secure
The permanent adhesive holds these labels securely to the folded edges of whatever you are mailing. Each one is one inch in diameter, and Staples also offers these labels in a 1.5-inch size for heavier paper or larger documents.

I'm an editor for a newsletter of a non-profit organization. This product is perfect for sealing my half-fold newsletters to prepare them for mailing. Easy to open for the recipiants.

Useful, but expensive

We used Avery Wafer Seals for a mass mailing (2000 units, requiring 4 seals per item as specified by USPS). While relatively easy to use in general, for our purposes in the referenced instance, it would have been more advantageous if the seals were on a roll rather than a sheet. Additionally, these seals are very expensive compared to other products from other suppiers -- but we were in a time crunch.

These seals are ideal for our mailing purposes because they adhere with no worries of coming undone. The color blends in with our mailings, which makes for easy reading of addresses. They are also not difficult to take apart when our mailings need to be opened for veiwing. In some cases, individuals may not have the ability to function with their hands as easily as others, so having that ease of opening the seals is ideal & doesn't frustrate anyone. So, you get the best of both...strong adhesive, but easily opens.
