Comments about Avery 5693 Laser Jewel Case Inserts, 20 Front and Back Inserts, White:

The perforations for the back cover for use with standard cases is perforated incorrectly. It works if you only want one spine printed. However, the templates don't even show this so it's useless for a standard CD jewel case.
