I purchased the extended tabs to create a work portfolio folder. The extended tabs are used to divide the regular tabs. The package gives you a table of contents page in which you could write on (don't recommend) or tape a label on.

These tabs were adequate. I prefer plastic dividers and tabs. Like plain tabs better, but was still able to use these.

These are literally a lifesaver for those who prefer to create the ultimate presentations. I prefer to sleeve the various pages of most presentations including my portfolio. Using the extra-wide format my tabs extend beyond the edge of my plastic sleeves. This with an extra wide binder makes your presentation look better (no punkching holes) and therefore you look better.
