These were a nightmare from the start. First, my HP Photosmart printer wouldn't line them up correctly, so I messed up the first 30 labels. Switched to the copy machine, worked fine. When I went to peel the labels off, only the outline came off (the actual labels stayed on the sheet). I then had to peel them off one at a time and position them on the dividers, which defeated the purpose of the 'easy peel'.Will NOT buy these again. [$] down the drain.

The 8-tab labels come on an aligned sheet. Once you've printed, you peel off all eight labels together, align them with separate divider tabs, stick, and peel off second backing. Results in a sharp presentation with very easy labeling process.
