This product fit the bill for a large raffle we had at a non-profit fundraiser. I numbered the tags and used them as discs to draw out a specific item. Then I had the same numbered one attached to the prize so everything was totally random and the ticket holder won the prize associated with the numbered tags!!!

I use the color coded metal ring tags to acknowledge a certain property. What is great is the color choice and the metal ring around the tag. What I found that is not so great are the actual key rings the tags are attached to. They are flimsy and do not last with daily use. Design a stronger ring and the product would be great!

    I wanted something better than the paper tags with strings for labeling. The things were all going into a single bag when done and I found the paper tags with strings would get tangled together. These don't have that problem. The key rings don't wrap around each other like the strings do.
    The colored disk also help keep track of each item better than the paper tags since I don't have to read them all to know which is which. I know which one I am looking for based on color first. Then I read to get the details.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        My husband had so many keys for different locations and purposes, we finally had to find something that would help him quickly identify which keys was for which location and/or purpose. The different colors are an amazing aid because he used the colors to identify the location and all of the keys for that location were placed on rings with that color. My husband is 64 and still going strong thanks to amazing products that Staples provides. Thank you!!!

              It would be difficult to write on the metal part of the key tag because of the small space. The tag; however, can be written on.
