    My 2009 Daily Journal (yes, I DO write in it every day!) had a VERY useful pocket in the back. The blank-page book I purchased for journal use in 2010 did not have such a pocket. These "CD" pockets work perfectly to save and protect such things as advance tickets that I have purchased, business cards, etc. I did add a stick-on Velcro fastner to make sure nothing falls out.

          I was looking for organizing my knitting needles. The pocket size is perfect, except the material is a little stiff and I am not sure how long it will last. The pocket has a flap so that the needle stays safe. I keep the pockets in my knitting binder with patterns. The pockets have tabs and easy to find in my files. And I can carry needles safely.
