Works well in 3 ring binder. I like that you can see the copy without having to turn the divider page - saves a little time plus while reading copy you can note the month the data is for. I don't know how they will hold up - haven't used them very long.

Not wide enough to be seen inside binder

I purchased 6 sets to use inside binders where I store our monthly bank reconciliations. The bank reconciliations are put into sheet protectors by bank account and then I have these Avery Preprinted Plastic Dividers Jan.-Dec.,Multicolor by Avery inside several different size binders from .5" to 3" and when I have the bank recs filed behind the appropriate month you cannot see the tabs at all. Waste of monthly dividers; it's as if there weren't any at all. Very Disappointed.

Quality product. Durable - plastic construction. Will hold up through the year. Nice presentation binder. Would have liked to have had a solid color to choose from.

What seemed like a great solution turned out to be garbage. The material is so flimsy, and all 12 dividers were fused together. It appears to be a manufacturing defect, as they are fused where the holes were punched. When I tried separating them by hand (very carefully) the flimsy material ripped on over half of them, leaving no holes to use with the binder. Terrible.

When the holes were put into the dividers, they melted together and were so flimsy that in taking apart (very gently - because the problem was evident immediately), they still tore. Definitely a mistake in buying these - should have stuck with paper dividers. They were cheaper and much better. I've used a competitor's brand and will probably return to it for next year.
