    Name tags for all memebrs of our program wear them weekly. Would like to use the clip style but they are too expensive for our non-profit budget.

    I've found the regular 10 per page business cards work better as inserts instead of those provided. Provided inserts are too wide and hard to insert without trimming and paper weight is flimsy.

        The cards for insertion need to be carefully detached - they leave jagged edges rather than a crisp tear. Therefore they need to be cleaned up before insertion. The Avery online software does not line up very well for printing - suggest practicing on a blank paper first - the images and items placed on the tag move down as the sheet prints.
