Although a little expensive, I like this highlighter because its quality is good, and the tube is transparent: you can see how much ink is left. I prefer to use an older highlighter before I begin a new one.

If you highlight more than a sentence or so, the tip runs dry even with a full reservoir. So you have to wait for it to replenish before you can continue to highlight. Also, it may be slow to work if the pen was stored tip end up for a while.

Love that you can see the fluid in the barrel - Let's you know when you're going to need a new one - no surprises.

when we pay less for other brands, we end up spending more because they don't last as long and we double our purchases and store them.

I'm a student in one of those classes that require extensive, daily use of highlighters. I would not reccoment this because it is hard to see the highlighting unless you are in strong light and/or trying hard to see it there. Though the design is nice, the ink well depletes quickly. Count on seeing a difference after a paragraph or so of highlighting with this highlighter.
