I use the product over the sharpies they provide us (free to me) at work. It seems to be a able to stay capless for a longer time. I felt the tip could be improved to surpass the Sharpie quality, and perhaps a selection of tips would be great. The tip seemed to break down faster. Is able to write easier on the plastic surfaces I use it on. I'm sure it's less expensive. A style upgrade would boost their sales. It looks "average"
