I am a busy pediatrician, doing a lot of writing all day long. I have been searching for the "perfect" rollerball for years and this is as close as it gets. I use it for charting and note taking in meetings. I need a thin, very black line that does not smear. I can use it all day long without cramping my hand. The only thing that could make this better would be as a retractable pen in the atlantis style with the Z4 rollerball supply.
