I love this chair.
I delayed putting it together, thinking it was going to take some time, (according to previous ratings), but once I sat down to assemble it, it was quite simple and straight forward.
Very sturdy.
Lovely appearance.

This chair fits well under a desk because it has no arms. It will help to have two people for the assembly of this chair. The chair is surprisingly suppotive for your back. It looks quite modern.

I love this chair!! I am an Office Manager and sit all day. I have been searching for a padded, ergonomic task chair and am so happy to have chosen this. The back bungees are incredible, so comfortable to have them conform to my back in any position I sit. The seat padding is just firm enough to be soft yet supportive. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the assembly was a pain. I followed the instructions but they were so unclear that after half hour of fighting it I finally just put them aside and used my brain...took 10 minutes.

What are carpet casters?
Is it still recommended to have a plastic floor mat to protect the carpet?

  Carpet casters are wheels that generally come attached to office or desk chairs. It is recommended that a plastic floor mat so that the wheels do not wear out the carpet that the chair is wheeled on.

  For this Balt chair, it is recommended that the caster usage is best for carpeted floors, may I suggest the Staples item # 651877, Master Caster Duet Deluxe Casters, Soft Wheels for better use on Hard Floor or Chair Mats.

Q:
Does this chair roll over carpet? I am considering using this in my office but there is a thick rug under my desk. I am fairly light in weight (115 lbs) for consideration in this question. I just need it to roll in and out when I get up occasionally, not roll around the room.
