I love this chair!! I am an Office Manager and sit all day. I have been searching for a padded, ergonomic task chair and am so happy to have chosen this. The back bungees are incredible, so comfortable to have them conform to my back in any position I sit. The seat padding is just firm enough to be soft yet supportive. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the assembly was a pain. I followed the instructions but they were so unclear that after half hour of fighting it I finally just put them aside and used my brain...took 10 minutes.
