Bought at a promotional price, and with a coupon, this purchase seemed a safe experiment. This Barrie House Donut Shop Blend coffee is no better than most supermarket name brands. The brew is a bit acidic, and does not keep particularly well on a hotplate or in a carafe. In fact, it is not as smooth as Dunkin Donuts Coffee, but may actually have more flavor. However, I have had better luck brewing strong in my French press. I would not recommend this coffee blend unless the promotional sale price is the primary reason for purchase.
