[...] This chair is described as SEAT HEAVILY PADDED. IT IS NOT. The seat has less padding than the chair I discarded. I am a female and not overweight. The material on the back cushion has begun to sag. Looks unsightly. I bought this chair 2 months ago.[...] Staples should not carry this chair. I am sorry I paid my hard-earned money for this chair. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Just put mine together today. Must say the lumbar support is wonderful. I am 5' 8" and it hits me just perfect. I had a co-worker who is 6' 3" sit in it and he commented on the great lumbar support as well. It was fairly easy to put together. The instructions were very clear and in English.

First we purchased one chair to make sure it was what we wanted. We ended up purchasing twelve more. We are updating our conference room and these chairs made a world of difference. They are very easy to assemble, no tools required other than the wrench that is provided. Great lumbar support also!
