We have an automatic coffee pot in our office. Easy to set up before leaving for the day...and be welcomed in the next morning to the smell of fresh brewed Bay Traders Coffee! Keeps our department functional, productive and just plain happy! Plus, it's great tasting coffee without the inflated price!

This coffee is hit or miss

We have been ordering this coffee for sometime now, but the last two shipments have had some really poor quality coffee. The coffee has been bitter and sour as of late and nobody wants to drink it anymore. We have given up on this brand and are now looking for a replacement. Staples was nice enough to send free replacements and when those were no good, they did refund us the money (A+ on their behalf).
