So far I am very pleased with this cooling pad. It cools far better than the others I have tried (which have been many). The fan is located so the cooling occurs where the laptop generates heat. I won't say it cools as much as I had expected but it is far better than the previous pad I have owned. I have always wondered why my previous cooling pads located the fans where they did as they certainly did not provide the cooling where it was needed. A good amount of air is able to flow. Now the test will be how long it will last. My previous cooling pad were definately disappointing when it came to life span of the product. I am really hoping this one will be different. So far I am very pleased.

I was at the point of wanting to purchase a new laptop because I had tried everything to deal with the heat on my legs. I even tried other laptop cooling pads. They either were too hard or bulky which made it even more uncomfortable to use my laptop. This cooling pad is quiet, light and comfortable. I save myself a few hundred dollars because I don't have to purchase another laptop.

Really good item. Works like it says it does and keeps the laptop cool like it should. Would be better if it had a little bit bigger table surface and more padding angled inward for easier typing

I replaced a cooling pad that was no longer working and I absolutely love this pad. It is quiet, sturdy, and not heavy at all. It does a great job of keeping my laptop cool which I think will extend the life of the computer.
