Fm then until yesterday = worked fine. now the blue 'router' light begins to blink, then goes red. all lights on modem are burning brightly & correctly. router = contrary...might function for 10-15 min; might work o.k. all day & night. tomorrow it goes to the dump. p.s. stop sending me daily ads to my email addy. most are mickey mouse, repititious and of little use to me. thanx. dave

Purchased router 2 months ago, very easy to set up, seemed to run great. Two days ago, blue light turns to purple...nothing about that color in the user manual. Searched several websites and Belkins website for further information and performed all reset instructions. Router did not reset. Several other reviews on the web warn of this issue and it's difficulty to fix. Submitted my email to Belkin to ask question - website doesn't recognize my email. I tried to create a new account, website warns email address is in the system...hmmm... Called 800 Belkin help, was disconnected. I checked warranty, limited two year - great, but I don't have the original reciept - not great. I don't think I could redeem the warranty anyway due to the inability to contact the company! I would never recommend this product or any others made by Belkin.

    After buying two of these and after technical help from both Cox and these awful people, I was unable to establish a network. This after investing close to 12 hours of effort. This product is not worth the extreme effort required to actually put it to work, if that were ever possible.

      This router is not worth a look. I had 5 Belkin routers and not one of them would work properly. Don't even ask about support unless you understand Indian language and like to be disconnected from your phone call every 10 minutes and have to start over with a different support person again. Buy a Net Gear or any other brand, stay away at all costs this is pure unsupported junk.

      I spent too long trying to set up this router. I'm usually pretty good at this sort of thing but this router was very problematic. It took hours to get online. Port forwarding didn't work. After more than a day of struggling with it I decided to return it. I went to another store and purchased another brand of router. It took me less that 30 minutes to get online and get my webcams working.
