    I upgraded my home network out of necessity; my previous usb wifi dongle was a rosewill and just plain would not work with my new belkin wireless router. I do not know why......Read complete review

    I upgraded my home network out of necessity; my previous usb wifi dongle was a rosewill and just plain would not work with my new belkin wireless router. I do not know why...so I bit the bullet and bought this...mainly because it flat out said it was compatible right on the box. Despite being awkwardly bulky and a bit of a pain to work around my USB ports, it is an outstanding product, extremely fast and has a seemless interface with windows 7. If you are using a belkin router at least, this dongle is fantastic. I am just hoping this network (router and dongle) last longer than my previous netgear/rosewill combination - the netgear router only lasted 10 months.

    Don't know why I lost sound right after I installed the Belkin on the desk top. I wanted to move the desk top to another room--thus the wireless. Was told the Belkin didn't cause the problem. I researched this and noted others who had experienced some similiar difficulties. Tried a few things and gave up--for now.
