We purchased this product for our home office. We were looking for something higher end than the typical fiber board or metal file cabinent that would allow for either legal or letter files. Unfortunately, the drawers are extremely limited in the volume of files. You can either use the entire length for legal files or limited to letter. The letter file set up does not allow side-by-side files, limiting the overall volume of files it will hold.

The overall quality was poor and would have rated as a zero if possible. I have assembled many pieces of furniture with complex instructions. The pre-drilled holes were misaligned and either not drilled enough or too deep.

Upon assembling the product, we had to stop at the first step as the package was missing several pieces. It was disappointing that the back was simply a flimsy piece of cardboard, not making this file case very secure. The package of screws were not labeled nor in any type of order. The instructions were unclear on which screws to use for which parts, you simply had to guess which screws to use when they noted the step used multiple screws.

For the price of this product, I would have been better with a simple metal file cabinet. The product is heavy fiber board with cheap laminate, not at all what it looks like on-line. Very Disappointing!!
