Assembly problems

    Comments about Bestar Willow Creek II Lateral File:

    [...]Aaargh!Asssemly took a lot of time. I matched pieces to parts in manual and had to call because my pieces were 26.5 inches and the manual said one piece should be 29.5 inches. 26.5 seemed right but I called anyway and appears it was a misprint. With no written directions and only pictures to follow some pictures were not magnified anough to see the detail of which way rails should be facing. I literally had to use a magnifying glass to make sure I was assembling drawer rails facing in proper direction.Lastly, when placed on thicker carpeting the leg levelers are barely high enough to raise the cabinet high enough so there is not resistance when opening lower drawer. Overall, I'd try another product.
