Great little notebook

I keep this little notebook in my bag and use it all the time for writing and taking notes. Its durable construction and smooth, substantial paper make writing a pleasure. Sheets tear out easily along the perforation. The sturdy binding has a spiral that's big enough to slip a pen into. The poly cover has an elastic strap to hold pages down and keep it closed when not in use -- a nice touch that many other notebooks lack.

Black 'n' Red notebooks are a bit more expensive than other notebooks, but I think their quality is worth the price. They've held up far better than cheaper notebooks, which tend to fall apart and get banged up and dingy with use.

I have used these for note taking and journaling. I will no lomger. With the soft cover they are not good for use without a table.

This notebook travels well, with its durable, wipeable cover. The elastic band holds the notebook closed so that the pages don't get torn or bent. The plastic cover is flexible but strong enough to lean on to write on without a surface to lean on, but is also light to carry.
The size is just right for significant note taking when you're out and about without being cumbersome. The spiral spine and the perforated tears are added bonuses.
