Find this to be the perfect spiral notebook - I use it as a running "log" of day-by-day commitments, notes, business meetings, project assignments, voice mails, and so forth. Each day starts a new page and runs as long as it needs to. Once used up, the book gets added to my archive. You don't know how many times I've had to go back to review or locate a piece of information, and there it is!
