Iwas happy that I got them, but they were 1 day later than the e-mail indicated they were to be delivered, and The count was short by 11. It seems that you were in no hurry for the feedback good or bad as it has been 2 weeks since the delivery and this is the first inquiry as to the status of the order or my satisfaction with it. We have no Staples store in this area and I do not usually order office supplies by mail. I much prefer brick and mortar stores. For I can get the items I need and give immediate feed-back to a person with whom I can converse. On a scale of 1-10 where one is the poorest and 10 is excellent, I would rate this transaction at a 3. Thank you for your time.

These are just what I needed to complete my 'cubes'. They are replacements for lost connectors for existing grids. These are a very good price for the number you get!

Used them to connect my grids but they came to me appearing obviously in a used condition. When I tried to attach them to my grid pieces, each connecters' joints were worn in different ways and thus connected my grids at various grips if at all.

Service and delivery comments:

The delivery took far too long but did arrive as said, but without anyone calling to notify me. So when I arrived at the store to pick it up, store employees had to find it.
