I am very pleased with the overall quality of this chair compared with the price. It was delivered in a timely manner & my husband said that it was not difficult to set up. It is comfortable & nice looking. My only criticism is that I would have liked it if it had a higher back - you know, for those short little power snoozes that mean so much. Otherwise, no negative comments, in fact I'm purchasing another one today.

I am no lightweight, am about 400lbs and this chair is SOLID. All metal, less the cushions, elbow rest and casters.

The company has a twisted sense of assembly. The instructions were not easy to follow and the screws were actually already in the bottom cushion and you had to unscrew them out for use.

After about a week's worth of use, the screws needed tightning.... Hey no big deal, but I need a back pillow or a good chiropracter... This chair has ZERO, ZILCH, NADA support of any kind and is not soft as the manufacturer purport it is.

Want to recline, you better have long long long arms to access that feature, or better yet, get up and move the control up. Recline sloooooooooooooooooooowly, if you don't you feel like you are about to go over. What a dumb feature!

If this chair did not support my weight, I'd return it.

    Merchant response: This chair offers a tilt tension adjustment that allows you to set the level of resistance necessary to recline the chair. Make adjustments by rotating the large knob located under the seat pan. Proper adjustment will allow you to recline more comfortably and safely.

              Chair is pretty plain, but is OK. However, the pneumatic tube broke and the chair would need to be boosted up, then slowly slide down over the next 30 minutes. Doing that repeatedly (all day, every day) is a major drag. This happened with BOTH of the chairs purchased, not just one. And we are not giants, one of us is 225, the other 250 pounds.[...]
