I wasn't sure the quality of this product before I personally used. Sure it is not more absorbent than 2-plys, but it does its job complete. For simple cleaning or pick up messes, this paper towel performed for my expectation well. Also it's somewhat stronger than 2-plys to scrub and heavy soiled cleaning. I think 1-ply paper towel probably better for our environment as well(I know that not using paper towel at all is ideal to save trees and more, but we can't live in the ideal world sometimes). I am going to use both kinds in my place.

We used this product in our office bathroom and though it is sufficient for the job, it is very thin and flimsy. I would not want to use this towel to soak anything up--it seems only to be able to handle drying hands well. Next time we'll probably go for a slightly more expensive, thicker/more absorbent towel.

I needed to buy some paper towels, and since these were on sale I bought the bag. Once I had opened them and began using them, I noticed a difference between these Bounty paper towels compared not only to other paper towel brands, but also to other varieties of the same brand of paper towels. These paper towels lasted much longer than the regular paper towels and I was able to reuse them when wetting and rinsing them when cleaning a certain object. They are great for any paper towel job. Definitely worth buying if you need them.

I have bought cheaper generic paper towels that the guys at work say don't hold up as well as the Bounty paper towels. They use them as grease rags as well as washing windows on trucks.
