This trashcan has a decent amount of space. We've only used it for a few weeks but it seems to be made well and is sturdy. I would have given it 5 starts but it would be nice if Staples offered a lid option. Some stores offer a separate lid that can be purchased that fits the trashcan. Although, Staples would have to charge for a lid, I think most people would pay a little more to have a lid. Staples sells trash bags that they recommend but we just use any tall kitchen bag that is 13 gallons; they fit fine and can sometimes be a little cheaper.

I simply can't imagine a more versatile trash can which offers a better value. The level of craftsmanship is exemplary. When I look for a new trash can, I look for one which, when I discard something into it, will surround the discarded item on all sides, and this does exactly that.
