I've owned my Brother PT-20 for over 20 years. It has never stopped, broken down or complained. It just keeps making simple labels, which is all I've ever needed. There must be a lot of them out there because Brother keeps making the tape. We are penalized by the price of the tape for them making a superior, reliable, long lasting little piece of equipment. It's not our fault it's good. Give us a break!

While this product does do it's job well (when it works), I think that the price is WAY to high. Also, a couple of the cartridges did not install correctly or the 2 tape parts got out of sync such that it stopped working properly and the cartridge had to be replaced prematurely.

          A old tape that is still around after 18 years. I use it in my old PT-20 still going strong after 18 years. I am glad that Brother is still making the tape for this P-Touch. Great tape product.

                    I have had my P-Touch label maker for over 15 yrs. The labels that are produced are of top quality and have stood up under many contitions. I have placed the labels on machinary and have found the parts have worn out before the label. I Highly recomment this product. Thanks to Brother for not replacing this item like many other label makers and that they continue to sell the same tape.
